Do you want to buy your first home, move home, or are you just looking to lower your costs so that you can spend more on the things you enjoy? We start with understanding your current position, the amount you want to borrow and your employment circumstances.
Once we know what you are looking for, we can do a thorough search, calling on our up to date knowledge of the market. Using industry recommendations and our specialist software we find the right product from the hundreds of mortgages available.
We will advise on the different types of mortgage such as capital repayment or interest only and the different types of products available, such as a fixed rate or a tracker. We can help you calculate potential monthly repayments based on differing terms – for example 20 or 25 years.
Once you are happy with the mortgage product, we will help you with the application and work with the lender to the point of obtaining your offer. If you would like us to liaise with your conveyancing solicitor we can do so.
